Chocolate Mug Cake

I baked today! I used this recipe, but I didn't have flour (WTF, kitchen?), so I had to make some changes.

Makes 1 mug.

What you'll need:
Mug (any size will do)
Spoon
Small bowl

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Self-raising flour
1 tablespoon Sugar + 1 teaspoon sugar (how else can I write that down?)
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons (30mls) milk
3/4 teaspoon oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
2. Add milk, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Spray mug with cooking spray.
4. Pour batter into mug.
5. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. If not cooked, continue microwaving for 15 seconds at a time until cooked.

End Product:
Yep, there it is, right in the bottom of the mug. There isn't very much of it. Next time I think I'll try a double serving.

But it was GOOD. It was light, fluffy and moist. It was chocolatey and good. I could eat these for the rest of my life. I will recommend this to everyone I know. I will sing to strange people on the street about the wonders of this cake. And it was so easy!
